Yes I know it's a long way off but with Octobers game 99% in the bag time we thought about the other sites we've been discussing, and when we might want them for and when so we can nail them now .
Last few years we've done April/May(Long day or 24 hour?) ........June/ July(24 hour?) ....... September/ October ( Long Day or 24 hour?) ...and then a long gap till the following year.
Personally happy with as this xmas game,s unless inside ( Borsyn), are generally plagued with crap weather , little daylight and people saying their skint. Unless we want to do another Bulge .....again ... 
Stephens site "S" reckon could be anytime, although sooner we get any date the better .
Pete's Foxley game is best suited to June July for the weather and daylight ...just need to think about where
The site I was looking at could be any or the above days , though probs better suited to April May or Sept October.
If we wanted a cheeky lil bonus we could look to do an UCAP game over winter without too much effort .?
Jays availability we'll work around one way or the other .

April is gonna be shit for me in 2012 - the run up to exams. June/July will be fine. Early September is doable.
As to east/west front. I rather like the Eastern front stuff, so i'd be loathed to dump it for the 2012 season.

Ok peeps ...2012 ...starting to fill up and I see Piddington is being used for a "Fistfull of Dust" ....Brokeback mountain flying spunk meets WW2 gheysoft ...? who knows ? anyway do we want to continue looking at it as a site ?
We were talking Foxley , Stalingrad and possibly a Red Ball express event . Ignoring the dates, what sites do we want to look at , ie is Swin still possible, & what about "large site in Kent" Jay ?
We need to sort out the Stalingrad site. I have a bad feeling that pbi are after it for their game.

The Urban 6 guys have gone quiet, I'll get back in touch.
Shall we say - Swin for early game , TBC for middle game ( Foxley) and TBC for late game ( red Bull ) ?
If we can't get a firm on a Swin date for the early game then suggest in Dec we rethink for first game and see if we can pick it up for the late game or find alternative.
Looking at the calender both Josh and Pathetic bloody Walts have out dates in . Whilst I ain't too bothered about clashing with either it would be better if we can get some in pre xmas .

Times ticking on lads and were left with 3 slots in the calender ......in addition ot Foxely I've suggested May and October as these are in line with our timescales and are free slots. Suggest we nail some dates with site operators ASAP before we get accused of camping

you can't really blame ags we've been about to do stalingrad for 2 years 
got bored waiting for cia i expect. This and gass shows we need to be a fuck sight quicker than we are or accept that we won't always have the lead on events. Swin for arnhem gets my vote but we need to move fast to secure:)

Well, we could do Eastern Front at Swynnerton (if it's available), or do our own Stalingrad event at UCAP and do "Rattenkrieg". I, like Jay, am really into Russian Front stuff and would like to do more sooner, rather than later.
