I'm much more concerened with what the chaps are wearing!

The skeleton stock COULD be likened to a Sten or MP40 I suppose.

So, not hugely bothered but it might be useful to see if alternatives are available to him.

This is the email I got from horror... after much prompting...

We all have guns, mostly period ones (a couple of 'captured' thompsons, a K98 and an MP40 if the running repairs work!) but at least ones from the look alike list on the website. With that in mind, would a UMG be acceptable as an MP40 lookalike for one of our crew? 3 of us will be in authentic Wermacht/Fallshirmjager uniforms, and the others are either getting them or will be in the proper clothing from the list on the website.

He's a man who doesn't like to post on forums... he's been on ASCUK and Arnies for ages and has made in total 3 posts on Arnes and none on ASCUK. We should feel honoured to have him make 2 posts on here! ;)

Let em in IMHO , we need some proper kit people, and if we let him play with a not so good gun in full kit, maybe he'll get a better one for next time . We can always single shot em .

Me... erm... dunno. I'd like to say no, but I'd also like them to be there.

Steve are you happy that if they have full FJ kit they can use the UMP?

Re reading that ... "for one of our crew"........ the rest are all period with full german gear - lets have a sense check here , yes of course he can come . We need to encourage players especially germans . If the balance of auto weapons is lop sided to the Axis then that'll be the first one put on single shot . If they all turn up in DPM with risrailled weapons then we have words on the day and they all go single shot /home

OK, but I hope others don't get pissed off because they can't use their G36's because we have adjusted the rules. That's my only concern.
