Well, at least Josh has seen sense and is scaling back his WW2 program and acknowledged that CiA has the pivotal role with WW2 games/community in the UK.

So, it's a bit clearer now that the way is open for us to sort out two further games now there is a less cluttered and congested calendar.

Indeed. I think the way our TEHL game has booked up so quickly in comparison to his despite it being released after his announcements is undeniable.

Mentioned this to Dave the other day too, but the whole niche PBI game doesn't seem to be garnering much interest, other than from PBI members either.

He hasn't a hope!
I like his phrase 'due to the size of the site there will be a large number of marshals'
That will be the large site we are playing with no marshals then!

50/50 at the moment. Just finalising this years mountaineering trip. It'll either be the weekend of D-Day+2 or the weekend before. I'll know by the end of this week.

Erm, Isn't that like....completely illegal? Have PMd him to find out if the mortars fire the thermobaric as a projectile.

No he spoke ot me about it , same idea as the 88's . Drop "bomb" in big bang, call an art strike, remove bomb from flap at bottom .
No fins on the bomb and the flap at the bottm make it legally acceptable as it's incapable of firing like a real mortar...well so he says .

This from Josh:

"yes mate, they can fire a projectile or just go bang hence they do both. sorry I wasn't clear on that. Could fire upto 200m away, or atleast thats what Tony Lewis thinks. Ill have the being tried out at Ops in March."

Now, I'm correct in saying that this is completely illegal right? Should we move the thread?

S

Nah, it's his call. It's not for use to police other sites - in any case, I want a go! He hasn't said it fires projectiles anyway...
