I've just sent Webby a PM saying in a very polite way that I hope Heather is ok, that she seems to be on quite a downer. I've mentioned that morale will be pretty low in the camp if the weather turns bad and that I'm going to try and set up a nice area tonight for everyone to just chill and stay warm and dry.
I've also asked if he'll be ok to carry on if Heather drops out and that it's fine if he's not but that he'll need to let me know so I can plan.

Difficult one. Personally, im inclined to tell her to fuck off. Her being there, then sitting it out after 5 minutes, will deprive someone of a place. A person who would most likely play the whole day.
I'm thinking of PM'ing her, asking her whether she'd prefer to attend as a photographer (and yes, take some bloody pictures), rather than as a player.
