Headshot, its a crying shame you missed the allied play this time... The whole group united and played together superbly.

In particular it was an absolute honour to play with the Brits that attended. The camaraderie was superb!

We're all really getting to know each other very well indeed and that really made the day for me!

Oddball tried to cheat call me earlier in the day... right next to his fecking regen... I had 10 guys behind me to medic me (including a medic) so it really didn't matter a toss if I'd been hit anyway.

In the end I had to use my power as an "organiser" to threaten to chuck him off the site.

He came and apologised to me at the end of the day.

We will have to watch him even more carefully... one day perhaps he'll learn!

Well we've got two new recruits at least.

Steiner has got the kit now and Rhyds has started to collect it! :D

Just to make clear that I was referring to collective failing at Churchill's (us as organisers).

I have high hopes for what Yith and Gadge are setting up and hope it will tip the balance the other way. We shall see what happens. Remember also that Webby has been tasked with building a cohesive US side and not met a great deal of enthusiasm as yet.

Rhys was a strong player - he was thinking on his feet, moving around well and took on the squad leader role well, constantly fed info back to me as well as being a vocal and active medic - impressed.

Yeah he's a good lad!

BTW, Webby has received pressure from his family to get some Brit kit as well... as they think wearing that damn yank stuff is disrespectful to his grandfather!

Glad to see Rhys doing well. He was a little green at CR as it was his first game.

The Allies at the Bulge were very good, aggressive and organised. Not sure about Arnhem as I was Dutch, they were naff at CR though! :o

The allies were great all round this time, there was no 'us and them' between the us and brit players, we formed quick battle squads easily, everyone mucked in and shared.

it was a relief to be honest.

I also fle tBarry was great a s a medic, he really got stuck in and given annes claustrp[hobia she put up a sterling effort.

I spoke to oddball, not to have a go at him but to try ad get to knwo him better and make him know i wasnt 'out to get him' afer i'd cautioned him ia pm in the past.

He came acorsss as quite a nice bloke othe rthan having to tell him to be quiet in the safety brief when he decided to strike up a conversation wiht ste.d

With regards to the safety brief i think its important that we ask players who turn up late to sort their kit out *after* the safety brief, not during it.

I know Dave (rich schultz) and Kavster couldnt help being late and that to kavsters credit he ran to the brief while i said i'd fetch his kit but Dave ws more ito sortingout his belt order than listneing to his breif...not great whenits your first game at a high risk environment.

All in all though, great day, cant fault any of the lads.

No, this is what I put:

Hi there

I know this forum's the digression capital of the world, but can you just check that you're posting in the right place before hitting the post button?

You've hijacked quite a lot of threads recently about things that have been answered elsewhere on the site. If you have a genuine question that you can't find an answer to after searching the forum, try to find the right place to post it before asking.

He's asked about the tents in two different places now.

With regards to chappel, i hope he's read the bt about rifles looking period.

he seems dead set on being a sniper but has the most modern looking rifle known to man, an l96.

I'm sure he'll scrim it but im not sure he needs to for d-day, is josh using our scrimming rules?

Oddball not wanting to get a dent in a steel helmet...

ffs what with that and not wanitng the pain chipped by bbs on his jeep its a wonder he fires his guns incase he puts wear n the gears or walks in his boots in case the tread wears off....

Liek rich says... designed to stop debris caving your head in, harldy likely to be fucked by standing up to fast in a tunnel.

Have to be careful with the tank at future events in case the tracks drive over any sharp stones or thorns.

For as silly a sod as he is , if Nigel is the worst idiot we have ot deal with at our games and on our forum we really ought to count ourselves lucky. Just think of the complete fucktards that inhabit asscock . Imagine having Morden on board

Plus the more I've read his stuff I think he likes ot be seen as a "oddball", it's quite tongue in cheek although doesn't always come across as so .

Yes, Oddball was fine in-game when I asked him to take prisoners back.

In person Morden is completely harmless. I've met him several times at FB national games and he and his Wraith crew and probably the biggest bunch of nerds I've ever met. He's about 5'7", chubby and has a really bad stutter. Online, however, he has power without physical presence, which is dangerous.
