Not a peep. I expected to get something, considering they think I "jumped ship". Mind you, he's a spineless fecker. They've removed my access to the PBI forum as an "advisor", so I can no longer see the organisers threads, which is where all of the bitching has no doubt gone on.

No word at all. Gadge has been really quiet. Not even much going on in the PBI forum apart from Scaley trying to strike up conversations.

The last post on their Freshman thread was three weeks ago - you would think they would at least attempt to drum up interest. It is a very confusing scenario with multiple price structure and looks for all the world like a 'Josh' type LARP thing. Sorry, but I can't make head nor tail of it.

Gadge HAS got very excited about the Vietnam thing so I wonder if this will be the latest bee in his bonnet? The Vietnam game last week run in conjunction with AI was very subdued - I can't find any after-action reports anywhere!

I've got something else for him to moan about on sunday. I've rebadged my battledress as 8th (King's Royal Irish) Hussars! I've also put shoulder slip on's for the 8th on my Denison and will be wearing my black Hussars beret as well. Be sure to get lots of pictures of me!

Absolutely correct. The boss of the HF may have been a Blade for a considerable number of years, but he was a shite CO. Still, on the plus side, Scotty and I fell in with these two fucking mad scousers. Spent the whole weekend pissing myself with laughter.

I'll watch the occasional one on recommendation or ones that are of events I've been to.
