i know lardarsemonkey and wraith666 are both on here and are PBI members, so well done lads....
now... just need a volunteer to go to the war and peace show and pick up the cert and plaque......
cheers,
scaleyback. PBI.

Lardy's reply:

Congrats to you Nige but I'm no PBI member, I don't even do British. Keep up the good work.

Sheesh, Senybridge is rubbish for airsoft - at least the way Caen was played. Long range blatting from one building to another? Where's the fun in that?

Ghey video: http://vimeo.com/19102316

Yep, Senny, Copehill Down they are all crap for airsoft having played . Building 30m apart with no cover , and out of range of AS guns = pants.

They are good for impressionable young players who can say "oooh I played where the real Army play" ....er ...bit like Gadge then :ghey:

What on earth is Gadge up to now? Announced on Facebook that he is selling of 90% of his kit as he is too ill to make use of it and then saying he has been offered a job co-running 'some awesome airsoft events'. He will be using the kit he is keeping (British and SS) and so these events must be WW2 related.

Either Josh has offered him a job or it's Monaf. Nah, can't be Monaf - he knows Gadge can last more than a couple of hours. Must be Josh! :slap:

Well, I will most definitely NOT be going to any more gunman games if that wanker is working for him. I think I'll have to tell Josh some home truths about gadge at the "border clash" social.

Definitely not Monaf. Gadge burned his bridges there. He never supplied anything on time, and the vast majority of his photos needed reshooting. Every issue.

Well I know the answer for deffo now - I asked Josh outright! He said he had had a long chat with Gadge following the idea of running a joint Gunman/PBI game and he said he had asked Gadge to co-run a WW2 game. Not an 'awesome series' of games. I said, good luck, make sure he is on the right meds. :giggle:

Nice to see that gadge had f**ked off to the gunman forums now, where he's bezzy mates with them all of a sudden and, posting total walt bollocks! Is it too late to celebrate his departure? :giggle:

Christ, he posted on 20 different threads yesterday - he is desperate for some new admirers!
Many accompanied by photos of himself - what a surprise.
(He might have met his match with 'Walt-basher' who seems to have served in some capacity...)

Is it too late to celebrate his departure? :giggle:

Or too early?

Meh,

Oh the hypocrisy. For all his past fanaticism about getting kit right and authentic scenarios and blummin reenactment he discards it all and joins the farbiest of the lot. Meh, money wins I suppose, especially to someone who has racked up £8k on his credit cards.

You'll be seeing a lot more of the PBI lads at Gunman battles this year.

Yeah right. What is PBI then? Gadge + Evo to ferry him around? Gadge + Nige to ferry him around?

:giggle: I'm just glad to see the back of the c-nut to be honest. He can walt it up on the gunman forum as much as he wants (I see he's even resurrected that "sinister ducks" bollocks). Sooner or later, even people as thick as the gunman crowd will get wise to his self important shit.

Heh, Gadge has been furiously typing on Gunman. He is OC for the Brits in the upcoming Cold War game (Evo as 2IC - heh, now we know who is giving Gadge a lift!). How the hell can Gadge command a non-stop game like this - the very thing he said is isn't capable of doing as he is so ill!

Still, there has been a bit of a backlash with the regulars with Gadge trying to organise fixed squads - they didn't like it at all. The usual "we are a leet group and we do what we like and we are AWESOME" crap. Unfortunately someone has been busy deleting posts so little to be seen now. :?

I was thinking of going to the cold war thing, as it's only down the road from me. But, seeing some of the bollocks getting posted on the gma forum, I'm having a rethink! I think it's incredibly gay for them to delete posts that don't conform to their ideas.

Hiya Martin

Dont suppose you'd mind taking down the video with my image in it or at least editing it would you...

As a supply teacher I'm not *terribly* happy about pictures of me on facebook in german kit that are not there through my choice.

While I'm aware it was probably a bit of 'know your enemy' fun at the game, i wasnt actually there and dont think it a fair representation.

Cheers

Gareth

Sigh

See, I told you there'd be trouble

LOL, Gadge a supply teacher! And how would anyone recognise him? What a dick.
Heh, he has a point about it being on Facebook though, the Facebook that tells me exactly how much debt Gadge is in, the drug culture and the weidos he hangs out with. :slap:

Gadge has posted HUNDREDS of pictures across a multitude of forums, websites (including his Facebook page) and magazines in German uniform - which seems to not bother him.

I think it's more a "consent" issue - AKA "ego"

Also, who the feck is Gareth???

Ah, put him on the credits then:

It's funny. Rich asked why Martin had re-done the video, then a bit later his question post disappeared presumably because Gadge had told him why and it got deleted.

So I posted the reason instead.

So how was your weekend with Gadge & Nige then Pete?

Weirdly there is effusive praise on the Gunman forum from you, Gadge & Evo and a few 'great event' posts from others but otherwise nothing much. Were there only a few players there?

Nige wasn't there and, the game was all the better for it! I actually enjoyed myself, because, as Platoon Sergeant, I actually controlled things quite a bit, getting players to stick together and work together, in the face of rampant lone wolfing and cheating on the Russian side (that Val bloke became known as the "teflon tanky" by one and all on the Brit side!).

There were about 40 players there but, the site is shit. Only a few buildings open to play and many more locked and boarded up, creating many bottlenecks. I wasn't going to go but my son was itching to play and, can't come to our games because he's only 16. I don't get to do much with him and, it's great to have finally found something we can do together, which, in my eyes, made it worthwhile.
