Is there any reason why I've started receiving loads of spam to the Treasurer email account? Anything to do with making the forums publicly viewable?
Would it be worth us adding a Paypal button to threads rather than the email address?

Almost certainly the reason. I'll switch on the spam filter on the server for that account which should deal with most of it.
