David, are you still going to fill out details of risk assessment info for AFRA for events?
If not, can you please let me know what I need to do to get this sorted.
Cheers
S

No, you need to assess the risks and fill in the assessment. In fact Jay was supposed to do all the risk assessments, agreed at our meeting three years ago!
Anyhoo, first you need to add a location, checking that it isn't already on the list. Then you need to add an event.
Once that is done you need to click "Risk" then select the event, then chose CiA from the drop down list.
Then put a check mark against the players, then run through the assessment page checking what is relevant. Don't just tick everything as this won't demonstrate due diligence should a claim be made.
The second to last screen relates to pyro and is freestyle, so you need to add all relevant information here.
The last screen is another freestyle box to add any information not covered elsewhere.
When done click the green tick.
The document will then be timestamped and filed on AFRA's records so it can't be meddled with retrospectively, and the members will receive an emailed copy.
