Looking to be a bit damp on Sunday now

You'll find that because the forest has a closed canopy the rain takes a while to reach the ground. Many times when we've been up there we didn't even know it was raining until we came out from under the trees, and when it does reach the ground most of the floor is covered in 30 years worth of spongy pine needles so you won't even get muddy, unless you really try ![]()

Once you are in the woodland it is very sheltered.
It's the fields that I believe you are camping in that are exposed, so either wrap up well or get a Yorkshire lass to cuddle up to on the evenings

Got any links?

Meh, forget it - I've just remembered the wife is a Yorkshire lass.

On second thoughts, she'll be 100 miles away
Links please?

Here's another Yorkshire offering CW....
Five quid? FIVE BLOODY QUID??? She's way out of my price range I'm afraid. Even for "full menu".
