Makes sense to just get up on Saturday TBH. There's not a massive amount to do and you already know the site.

Dave, you ok with me coming to yours and we can go up together? My car or yours, no problem.

OK, just confirmed with James he can't make this event as it will mean missing too many shifts so I'll have passenger space Stephen. We will have to go up in my car as it will be full to the brim again. :slap:

Oh, I'll be bringing the command tent so there will be a room for your camp bed if you want to save pitching a pup.

Hmm, sounds like a plan! Cheers Dave. I'll leave work at about 1pm so can be with you around 2-2.30pm.

It will take a couple of hours to get to site so 2.30pm would be great.

Having second thoughts!

Guy won't be arriving on site until after dark, Pete wont be there until Saturday. Stephen, I'm thinking it might be a better option to travel up early Saturday instead and do the game run through then - I can't see any point in freezing bollocks off on Friday night to no purpose.

OK, no problem. But are you sure we'll have time to sort everything out on Saturday morning? I'd rather get up there in good time than have a 4am start!

There are just flags to put out, that's all. What will take the time in taking organisers through the site and scenario.

6.30am should do it to get to site 8.30am

I don't know Guy's route but perhaps he could pick you up en-route Friday evening if you want to go the day before?

Jay, Guy and Stephen will be there to greet him.

Why was Pete coming on Friday anyway, he's only coming from Lincolnshire.

Don't think so, I thought he was coming straight from work in Lincoln. Could be wrong!

He has nowhere to stay in Lincoln, it was to avoid going back to Essex; although not sure why he couldn't find a B&B or stay with someone off the forum.....
