Is it one of those "model kits" with a g/box inside? One of the Mk1 ones being flogged on ebay for about $350?
Looks like Jay851's old one but I could be wrong. I don't think that Ebay guy ships outside of the U.S, although his kit looks like a good base for an FG42, IF you've got access to a milling machine.

That's one of the more interesting things about Airsoft. A lot of the time you'll get two different answers from retailers and manufacturers depending on whether you ask them as a customer, or as another business entity.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one that thinks so, in fact, I'll admit it's one of my pet hates about some airsofter's out there.
Hold your weapon like the real steel it's trying to replicate 
And the MP44 lines up so nicely when you shoulder it,Its a shame going tacti-kool on such good ergonomics..
