Was just looking at M1 Carbine stocks and stumbled upon this which may be good considering the Eastern front games coming up...

http://www.saracenexports.co.uk/shop/sh ... ull&id=772 Russian WW2 Helmet

And because I'm not surprised they don't like it up em!

http://www.saracenexports.co.uk/shop/sh ... ull&id=789 British 1907 dated Bayonet made by Wilkinson.

Yup, they're post war, but fantastic looking bits of kit. I've got one in my loft.

Original but not German and are usually a tanish/light brown leather colour.Cannot remember now what country they are but also are larger than WW2 German ones and could at one time be picked up new/unissued for around £5 each.

If they are larger, will they take the Tanaka mags that everyone struggles to fit? Dont have a Tanaka myself but I'm aware it's a common problem.

Mess Tins

Just came across these Austrian Army Mess tins, which should do for a Heer impression.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 2734wt_859

Not exact, but only £8.39 delivered.

Just ordered a set.

If all else fails, they can be an adition to my Trangia set when camping :giggle:

There's a load of enfield stocks and parts up under "Le enfield" at the mo. Maybe he thinks they're French!

Surely this is a restricted (FAC required) item, being part of the bolt and trigger assembly?
