A Parachute Battalion? With not very much information on it? I find that very hard to believe.

The later has the beginnings of a bibliography at the bottom, but I am sure someone in the know more then I can point you to a whole array of websites.

I can only assume that they would have been the same as any other unit in Italy - a bunch of scruffs wearing mix and match of KD and BD!
