A: Next May (yes that is nine months away) there will hopefully, and indeed probably, be a game at the Ex-Site in Wales.
Q: So why mention this now?
A: To work out a rough 'how many people' thing, to enable one work out a rough 'how much each' thing I am asking who is interested.
Q: How on earth am I ment to know what I am doing next may?
A: I'm not after a commitment, or for you to know your schedule for next May, but just whether you would be interested in attending if you could, or if you are not interested.

A: Well we all know the general idea of a price, though the fine details of that will be determined by the numbers.

A: It will be a one day game, structured exceedingly similar to this years PBI games, featuring a unit in British equipment (hence why it is here) and set in Italy.

A: No. Despite my obstinate use of the word 'game' this will be what someone may wish to call an 'event'. Though I wont.

Really, getting 'interest' doesn't help you at all. Sort an event for deffo then chaps will either book or not. That's the only way, kite flying only deprives anyone else from organising an event in May

Oh yes, good point. It will not be the bank holiday, so looking at the second/third weekend in may.
To be taken seriously by a site operator unless it's a good mate you will need about 40 players . Starting a thread and asking for "interest" is not the way to do it , trust us we know what we're on about here. 'Booked players' for an actual event count , 'interested forum members' won't help you .
I'm not trying to be harsh, just giving you the benefit of a few years experience, Stiener, Webby and PBI will probs all tell you much the same...and we wrote the HOW TO guide Chommers has directed you to to help anybody looking to put on an event (which we will fully support on this forum).
Go for it , if it's not too far away you can book one German now !
