Would you say this is a Division that should be kept at arms length, as far as making up a tunic with Hitler Jugen on it?
Was thinking of doing one, but as an airsoft loadout it could be a little like doing Totenkopf or Handshar, if you catch my drift.

It's a tough one. They don't have the cleanest of war-crimes records as I'm sure you know.
I'm not a CiA organiser, but I would guess that within our little world it would be seen as OK. Whether you would feel comfortable wearing that loadout at a public display is another matter.
We had a little ding-dong about the acceptability of HJ and other stuff not so long ago. My personal conclusion is that if you play axis (particularly something as contentious as SS) it doesn't pay to get too specific re: units. Generic Waffen SS, panzer or otherwise, gets you all of the flexibility with none of the criticism.
That's just my opinion though.
