Can anyone tell me how to attach the Heer buckle to the belt?

Picture speaks a thousand words. Then, just poke the two prongs through the adjustment strap and pull the buckle towards the end of the belt till its tight.
When we were a Kingdom it was run by a King
When we were an Empire it was run by an Empress
Now we're a country we're run by a..........
