Does anyone have an email address for Barry Lyndon/Spearhead...
It's my first (and last) time of dealing with them and have had nothing but grief...
They sent the wrong item.. accepted responsibility for it but only continued to try and sell me the wrong item at an ever reducing price... They would not send my actual order until I posted the wrong one back.. I got so sick of the whole affair and lack of communication I posted it back and cancelled the order.. They have confirmed they received it back (I did have proof of delivery) but now they are saying they will not refund my money until Feb 2014 and despite numerous emails, they will not give a reason as to why.. I have tried loads of different email addresses that they list on their web page but it turns out most are not real...
I always thought from comments on various forums, that Spearhead was the best of the Asian sellers..
Any info would be greatly appreciated..

I've bought lots of things from Barry over the last few years, and have always found him very helpful in sorting out problems, and would highly recommend him.
Have you made this order through Spearhead's Ebay shop ?
There is a spearhead.com site, and although they seem to sell the same items as the ebay shop, with the same photos etc. I believe the two aren't related. Barry used to display a warning to that effect on his ebay shop.
That would explain so much.. The idiots I am dealing with are the .com ones who are based in Shanghai..
As the say "buyer beware" when it comes to Asian sellers.. Thing is I have bought quite a few bits from other Asian sellers and never had any problems with returns or such like..

Yes, Spearhead only sell on Ebay. Any other site you come across claiming to be them is some sort of scam. They have always been good customer service wise.
An on going saga..
I received a partial refund only yesterday funnily enough (short $20).. They refused to refund me until six months after my original order had been placed, no idea why?..
Be warned never never deal with these idiots. They really do look like Barry's site but the quality is shocking. They sent me totally the wrong item, then spent two weeks trying to sell that wrong item to me at an ever reducing cost, when I sent it back to them they have made me wait months for what turns out to be a partial refund..
