Stick it in hot water and it'll shrink. Cold water, it shouldn't. However, you have a problem. Wool is reknowned for keeping its insulating properties when damp. Its fantastic stuff for cold damp winters we get here in the UK, but for the summer, well, I have a feeling you'll be investing in some HBT's at some stage lol

Overall, it's why i'm wearing Dot 44 HBT's instead of Kielhose on sunday!

Funnily enough, even though I am an airsofter that runs about a lot, I have yet to feel overly hot in my wool kit. All it needs is a little breeze and the wool seems to allow it through. If I was wearing it around the house all day [guilty, Mr Gregory?? ] I guess it might get a little warm.

Of course, all that I've written might be rubbish once the weather gets really hot.

Good man!

I only wear a Wehrmacht medic's vest underneath, too - not a shirt.

I generally stick on a Tshirt of indescriminate origin under my M36's , never been cold even in midwinter . CW plays with a a wool shirt and tie ...but then that's the ubercool SS for you

Ah yes - that's the good thing about the M40 tunic - I also wear an olive scarf, as seen in "Stalingrad", so no proper shirt required.
