I'm from Romania, I don't know how offen I will be able to attend to the games due to my harsh program but I will do my best to attend at as many I can.

Waffen SS have the best camouflage and the most options, a good choice for a sniper.

I looked over the internet for ss unifroms and all I could see was single color uniforms... but I gues I was wrong.
Is so, then I would wish to join waffen SS unit. Do I have to complete a form or something? PM someone for acceptance?

SS camouflage, like most from that period was in the form of smocks that were worn over the normal uniform. Thats probably why your search for uniforms only came up with fieldgrey. Waffen SS used 4 main camouflaged patterns on smocks and such (usually known as planetree, palmtree, blurred edge and oakleaf) and a couple of complete camouflage suits late in the war (peadot/dot44 & leibermuster, although leibermuster was very late so extremely rare).
With Heer and Luftwaffe you're mostly limited to splinter pattern, or tan and water late in the war. Doesn't mean you can't make a nice sniper loadout though, just needs a bit more imagination and use of natural camouflage.
If you want to do SS in a group then you have 2 choices here- 9th Hohenstaufen and 16th Reichfuhrer. The 9th are more of a North Western Europe impression, 16th are more foucesed on the Mediterranean/Italian theatre. I'm not sure how it would work with you being abroad however in regard to you joining.

No, not in the slightest. There is absolutely no requirement to join any group and there is no permission required for any game. In fact you may be better of not being in one for now, at least until you decided exactly what it is you want to do.
yes, you probably right. I will stay put for now.. do some research.

My advice is to do a lot of research (which is free) before buying a lot of kit that you may regret later (which is expensive).
