Hi all.
I was thinking about putting a War merit cross ribbon onto my tunic, however should i get the ribbon bar verison such as this: http://militaria-net.co.uk/oscommerce/c ... p-655.html
or should i get the ribbon and sew it on through the button hole?
i was leaning more towards the bar because i reckon it would look better but im not sure.
what do you guys think?

There was probably a regulation for this but I've never seen it. Photos seem to show soldiers wearing it on the buttonhole if it's their only award but on a bar it they also have an EK2. You don't seem to see WMC and EK2 buttonholes doubled up in the same way as Ostfront ribbons.
I wear mine on a bar with the ostfront ribbon.
Never been brave enough to warrant an EK.
