I'm trying to find cheap kit for my mate to wear on the Arnhem day - he's skint! Initially, I thought the cheapest way would be to get a pair of East German trousers, and he could borrow my tan & water smock. However, I have googled high and low and can't find any in his size (38-40 waist).

What I have found though is issued Flecktarn which is very cheap indeed! What would need to be done for this pass for SS camo?

You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier

Have you read Kermit's guide?

Flectarn as-is is fine for our games just no modern webbing please.

Try and get canvas not the gortex stuff. We'll allow either but the canvas is better as well as cheaper .

I`ve just sold my AK and ordered an MP40. To go with it I knocked up a dirt cheap fallschirmjager outfit, I`m not a reenactor so am just trying to achieve a similar look.
