I feel all dirty, posting in the enemy camp
Anyway, are there any Axis troops interested or prepared to play in a 36 hour game as was intended with the Albany game that was cancelled earlier in the year?
Now, don't get hung up on night fighting and the associated perils. Just if you would be prepared to perhaps patrol for an hour or so, or stand stag for a while at certain positions of a site.
Anyone interested or open to discussing it, post below.
Thanks
I am very happy to take part in night games, just like I did last summer at Chambois and at one of Joshs Cold War games last October when we were out until 2am.
In game camping is fine too, just as long as the tents are off limits for being shot up. Just like to know what to expect and that I can get my head down in safety at some point so I don't die during the drive home. Starting at dusk is helpful, rather than in the middle of the night.
Cheers
Martin

I would be happy to join as well. Always wanted to try it.
Bit like Martin really, an all night yomp is too much for an old git like me so depends on the format
Love to. My problem is at best I can only do alternate weekends nowadays. Organisers have been very good at picking the 'wrong' weekend for me. If I could make it I would come.
Like Tim says, the format and structure is more important than duration. Joshs games often run for 40+ hours, but there is structure, missions and lots of downtime potential.
The in-game camping we did at that Bulge game in Lincolnshire a couple of years back worked fine, as did cias Operation Jedburgh.
