Nope, no badges on the Splinter caps. Same goes for W-SS camo caps, before anyone asks...

AFAIK the only insignia authorised for camo kit be it smocks or hats was the tactical green and black rank.
Although you do see some officers who have stuck shoulder boards and the like on cam jackets
