You could try here. They print their own peadot so may be able to help. It won't be cheap but it will be very good.

Ebay is probably your best bet for helmets but my advice is try to buy in person at a fair or show. That way you can see for yourself how good the helmet is and how well it fits, it is often cheaper too.
As regards the pea dot material, I would try contacting either www.reenactment-box.com (in China) or www.zeugmeisteri.com (in Germany). However, I do know that the latter has been very difficult to contact recently.
