Having realised that all the parka's I have are most definitely not early war, I need to get hold of an M36 greatcoat sharpish.
Question is, sizing. I take a size 52 (42" chest) tunic, i'm assuming (yeah, i know, normally a good way of cocking things up!) that the Sturm greatcoats are sized with the wearing of a tunic underneath it. (i.e. 42" chest greatcoat is sized for wearing over a 42" chest tunic)
Is that correct?

That is correct. buy the size you normally get and they are sized to fit over tunics.
