ive been looking around and reading up but i cannot find a consistent answer about which trousers go with this smock/shirt, can anyone advise?

either the 37 pattern thats require braces or the 43 kielhosen (wool or HBT) is the most common although i've seen other types of trousers worn with these smocks.
