Barack Hussain Obama.....and, I'm amazed no-one's said this yet, what a bleeding amazing thing the Americans have done. I was so extremely pleased to see him elected over John McCain and Sarah 'absolutely-terrifying-nutcase' Palin.

Strangely a lot easier to pronounce that the very Anglo-Saxon looking name Colin Powell, or rather Coe-lin Pawol.

Different from the UK WW2 alphabet...

You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier

Those were used as sector names both on the US and British beaches during D-Day.

No, and the British version had similarities. The NATO version, containing Hotel, Sierra, Whiskey, etc. was adopted in 1956. During WW2 both British and US forces used How.

I can breath easily now. With John Maclean as old as he is all it would have taken was a sudden shock Sarah Palin would have been in charge. It would have been like Team America, only more insane. America! F*ck Yeah!

Still Dubya still has a couple of months - you can do alot of damage in that time.
