Anywhere listed on the US kit guides with a few bits which you're probably better looking on eBay for.
That's probably as much information as required to get going. There was a good tv show on the Devils Brigade a while a go so check on YouTube as well. There's loads of information on the web...

Paul Dray, Saddletramp on WWii forum is a bit of an expert on FSSF, he is in contact with vets and runs the best FSSF re-enacting group.
He's a bit serious about it but can answer almost any questions.
