I never quite know what the right order to do things in, anyway I've sent some money but suspect I may have also applied for membership again instead of renewing, or done both, or something.
Anyway, I shall see if a card arrives!!

I'm sorting these in blocks in an evening, so if you hear nothing from Emma for 24 hours or so, don't fret. As Stig says, any problems, just PM me and I will sort them ASAP. Happy new year everybody

Did yours last night Martin, so you should get confirmation from Emma soon. Cards won't be sent out until after Stoneleigh unless you let us know you need it before.

Can I please remind members that if they are paying for another members fees with their Paypal account, I need a note on the payment to say who it is for? Without this, I have no idea and cannot process the renewal or application. Thank you.

Done mine at last, been having e-mail problems.
Will we be able to get our cards at Stoneleigh?
We will have all membership cards with us at Stoneleigh and at the AGM. We will we walking round in AFRA fleeces. We will also be outside the main doors by the benches between 12.30 and 1.30 so you can collect from us there. Any cards not collected will be posted out the following week.
All those who have paid their membership fees in the last 24 hours or so have had that part processed. Emma will finish the process later today and email the confirmation of membership and certificate to you. If you need your card before next week, please contact her (or me) and we will try to get it out quicker.
The cut-off time for payment of AFRA renewals and applications for cards to be collected at Stoneleigh is 7pm on the evening of Friday 31st January. All renewals and applications which we have received payment for by that time, will be fully processed and the cards printed and brought with us. Anything after that will not be processed until Monday 3rd February. No ifs, no buts, I will not be near a computer to get them done.
