Hi all :good:
Is there anyone that couldhelp me?
I purchased an Awr 30 call with a box mag but I've only just had a chance to try it out & have found that the feeder motor works but the feeder itself want feed the bb's into the weapon properly it keeps jamming up inside the feeder somehow.
I bought it second hand but it's new so there's not alot I can do except ask if someone can help me out buy maybe rebuilding me a box mag or sorting this faulty one out for me.
If someone can help me out before may I would be truly grateful & please note that money is no issue as it's no good having a weapon if you can't use it.
If anyone can help me out & you wish to pm me then you will get a reply & I don't mind travelling to drop or pick anything up as this is a must have item.
Cheers
Peter.

Peter, Put up some photo's of the parts you think are at fault, maybe we can "diagnose" from pics.

It could be a restriction in feed tube, could be the winder mechanism not picking up properly.

It is to do with the bb feeding into the feeder it seems to not push the bus into the tube & one of the cogs jam.
I Don't know where to buy a new feeder for it ( that's the problem) I can strip it down & replace parts but I can't find a new feeder to replace it.
Cheers
Peter

Still post some photo's if you can, it might well be the same as another gun feeder piece, or it may be adaptable, surprising in this Airsoft game what turns up for use! I've used pieces from pens, drills, and model aircraft.
I've no doubt that something can be adapted, just finding the right piece.

I posted an m4 mag to someone on the forums to fix the RWA MG34 as the gears inside where a match and 1 had sheared straight away from the original set

Sorted thanks,
The main feeding cog split into two so nothing a little spot of superglue wouldn't fix.
Cheers anyway

Well done! What seems a disaster sometimes, works out to be a slight nuisance, and an easy fix.

Twas my MG34 drum mag that went tits up. These auto mags tend to be fitted with normal high cap mag internals fitted to a motor mechanism. Given that the internals are plastic they are prone to breaking if a foreign object gets inside and jams the BB feeding cog. As the motor is still running it causes the teeth to sheer or split apart. Parts are easily canabalised from normal high cap mags as mine was the same as an M4 mag given to me by Stu :good:

You would think that the manufacturers would put more effort into these box mags so they don't need repairing everytime you get have a malfunction or something shears off after the bb's or something jamming up in them after all some of the top end weapons don't half come to some cash, well mine did as it's an rwa.
Well we all live & learn. See ya
Peter.
