Good man.

Yes, that's what happens in reality - Southern Group are doing it in force this weekend! As Yith stills plays quite a bit at open days he does stir up quite a bit of interest (except when he is in his tropical shorts : sick : and that does WW2 airsoft no favours  :good: )

I've also seem odd bods playing in WW2 gear at sites across the country completely oblivious that there is a national organisation/community/games structure. Generally they are not interweb/forum surfers and don't read the airsoft mag!

And I'll love to have joined steiner and the boys for that, work says otherwises. The last open day had a chap in 101st kit and very good it was as well. so I spread the word and am trying to get some of my mates into the fold. My arguement has always been, if every one is dressed in DMP/multicam, its a pain tryng to figure out whos on which side. WW2 kit, no such problems. I got such a good reception on here from day one, it really spurred me on to go to a game and meet every one.

The cheapo basic loadout is the same... swap the helmet/maroon beret for a green one.

Good points you two - I've amended the title to Brit: Basic Impression and made note of headgear variations
