exporting a RIF to the USA

Hi

Has any one sold a RIF to a buyer in the states, and do you know the procedures regarding sending the gun over there??

Do they have a system like UKARA over there?

Any help would be most appreciated.

No, they don't have a system like UKARA. However, they do have other issues - for example trademarks (i'll leave that to a US member of the forum to explain) Oh yeah, WE M4 lower receivers (for the modern kit brigade) are a problem as well - BATF classified them as firearms parts....
