I'm only here to annoy you all, I don't enjoy it whatsoever, can think of no worse past-time and it hasn't taken over my life .... no wouldn't see that happening to me, as said I'm just here to make the rest of your lives miserable

I don't know what a bunch of brown noses you lot are

ps the above is a complete fabrication of my own imagination for fear the truth is completely the opposite and you lot do indeed rock

Yeah... I got to a LOT of open days in WW2 kit and nearly always there's someone there that doesn't know about it and is interested in finding out more.

If I remember, I make sure I have some CiA business cards with me every time.

i first met yith at F+O urban he was in brit ww2 gear , and we were in US ww2 gear, also saw a guy in panzer gear a few times, then along came CIA and we were all saved :D

When I were a lad all those fields was fields ... ;)

Ahem ... Actually when I started out WWIIing there were very few people involved. Headshot was the guiding light in those days along with Mr Flib over on UKAN (rip). I mostly tried Phoenix in US clobber (with Stormtrooper Ade providing the only other period player at the time). There was the odd dedicated day here and there (Fireball 05 was the only one I attended which was mostly an open day with WWII kit. I understand HS aimed much higher but there simply wasn't the dedicated interest then) So its come a looooooong way since then and CiA has done an absolutely marvelous job at steering things forward.

Roll on the next 4 years :)

No longer involved in airsoft.
