Looks interesting, although I'm not sure I'd fancy it in winter by the looks of it. Looks a bit damp in places. :lol:

ive had a brilliant fathers day with wife and kids at knowsley safari park, despite baboons ripping several things off the jeep, seeing a baboon taking a shit on the bonnet of the smart B.M.W parked next to us was well worth it. the driver (a middle aged man) was going off his tits, which just made us laugh even more , and him more angry :D

Snipped a load of "barbed wire" left over from Draggon from a load of bits of wood.

Have been packing, off to Glastonbury Festival in the morning.

:happydance: :happyclap:

To the tune of "Mademoiselle from Armentières"

Napoleons army ran away, As you do
The guard stood firm for Frances Pride, As you do
They said the guard will stand and die
But we heard what their Colonel cried
It wasn't pretty I tell you.

Resistance is fertile

A 10 month old Astra Sport Hatch "Elite", with 6000 miles on the clock! Lovely motor, which doesn't destroy my spine and rattle my fillings over every bump like my Honda Civic did!

Today I resurrected my 19 year old mazda mx5, which has been stuck in our lock up for the past 8 months covered in dust and spider poo. Started first time though, even though the odometer is creeping towards 100,000 miles. :)

Today I replaced the flaunching on the roof at the front of the house without falling off or injuring myself in any way - yet last week I was hoovering out the car and managed to break my little finger. :roll:

Got home from my first WW2 airsoft event. In fact, the first actual WW2 airsoft event held out here as far as I know. By the looks of things it will be the first of many, too, which is great. Rather humble beginnings compared to what you guys have built up to in the UK, but NZ always takes its time catching on :lol:
A small squad-based skirmish Sat afternoon, followed by an early start Sunday as more players arrived and those of us who camped out for beers around the fire Sat night stumbled back into the field. Probably ~25 players at the height of the game. A mostly Fallschirmjager and SS Axis team Vs a mostly American, mostly 82nd Airborne Allied team. The Germans took first blood, leaving us hungry for a re-match, which will hopefully take place in August. :happydance:

Friends meet to part - love laughs at faith;
True foes, once met, are joined 'til death!

Sounds like a great start, Ash. Better a good small event than a large poor one.
