My greatcoat was so heavy with water I couldn't take it off - I thought I was standing on the hem! It might have been soaked through but I wasn't cold (pity the Yanks with their cotton uniforms).
So, today I am also drying off kit and probably will be for the rest of the week.

I thought Russian was our project for 'next year'? They've at least got decent waterproof ponchos, just right for that Vasily Zaitsev look :good: I could have done with one on Sunday.

No harm in starting on the shopping list now though. I've already figured out most of the stuff I'll need.

Za Rodina!

am enjoying my PC viewable desktop - 5040 x 1050 :)

I can now read the forum, work on some documentation and see what track is playing in MediaMonkey - all at the same time.

Three monitors then... Join the club. :)

I'd have exactly the same screen area as you, except one of my monitors is 1600x1200 rather than 1680x1050. lol

Can you blow your own trumpet? I just wondered because you regularly post about having something, bigger, better, rarer than the previous posting lol

Lol yeah, it's a bit freaky having all this view tho.

I fired up an eyefinity supported game - and was amazed at the graphics.

What game was that? I've been running multiple monitors for ages, but have yet to try a game which uses them!

I did see this though... and wondered... lol

That is how it always starts.

Then you see a "bargain" and your troubles start :slap:

To the tune of "Mademoiselle from Armentières"

Napoleons army ran away, As you do
The guard stood firm for Frances Pride, As you do
They said the guard will stand and die
But we heard what their Colonel cried
It wasn't pretty I tell you.

Uh oh... you shouldn't have put it on the denison!... only things that go on there are rank and wings.

Qualification badge goes on your BD.

BTW, bren looks fabulous!
