Belgian jerkins are slightly darker and shinier than brit ones... but its only really noticeable to the educated eye, so perfectly acceptable for your purposes! (heck even a few re-enactors use them)

as for the denison, its an ebay job that a friend got when he ordered his (i.e. doubled up on the order) so not sure, ill find out, though his memory is just like mine, so dont hold out for the answer heheh.
At the £100 ish mark on ebay its most likely a rangercamp which is great news as they are bloody brilliant.
Either way good stuff on getting a denny whatever make it is.
