These lovely, lovely hand made low boots are up for sale and it hurts.

Size 9 and no bigger - you can wear German socks but unless you have feet of less than 9 you won't be able to wear anything thicker. Stunning construction and super-well cared for and I don't think a hob has ever come adrift. I've used these in both reenacting and airsoft and if they didn't have metalwork I'd wear them everyday.
Also chucked in a pair of gaiters and a couple of pairs of wool socks.
You can buy repro boots from most WW2 sellers for £70 or £80 but they are shite compared to these beauties. Pegged, stitched, half-sole, super-soft tongue, quality leather laces and waterproof too!
