I don't know how many guys from Airsoft Easy are coming but I was hoping to try and recreate this...

I'll need 10 other guys with reasonable to good gear. Obviously if you're on the 2nd row it's not too much of a problem but still I want to make it a good shot.

I'd like you in it if possible Josh...you can take Damien Lewis' position centre at the back haha

Fair point, and it will probably be a better opportunity to do the picture than at a game day as most people are too busy playing to worry about getting photos done.

Brilliant! Well that's the photo sorted then I suppose...Josh, is all their gear as good as the one's who were at the D Day + 2 game? Cos if it is then brilliant.

And yeh, any time you ask people to be involved in a photo at a game day...they're always too busy loading mags or taking the piss out of the germans.

All the E-Company guys are fully kitted out. Most with 13 rnd Garands now too!

Theres a new group of germans coming too! There part of the Xsite boys crowd and sound perfect! onlt 2 months left till the clone mg42 is released...this will be a turning point for german numbers I'm sure!!!

Also the new, improved morta rnds arrived last week, we mesured two shots at of 50m. Just knocking up some rubber shell caps to make them look better and give more wieght to em!! 3rd mortor should be fininshed by July weekend;)

Looking forward to it, should be a nice mix of weapons then instead of having everyone with Thompsons. I've just converted my M14, waiting for clips...I think I'm collecting them on the weekend.
There going to be a photographer there?

How are the new mortar rounds an improvement? Do they just have extra range or has the second charge been 'enhanced'? I was going to suggust some form of shell cap for added stabilty in flight but it seems you're well ahead of me.

The new rounds are 10g instead of 5g so go alot futher alot quicker. The foam rubber caps will be re-usable and help place the rnd better.

So better range and accuracy. End salute is staying the same for the time being (thermo baric, flash then large puff of smoke so all around can see it)

We will give them a good trial on this recruitment weekend.

Facilities at Tudders? Just checking, don't know what to expect.

Toilet - porta loo, regularly cleaned, power, Water Butts!

We got an itinerary? Do we have to be there by any particular time? Just wondering what time I've got to set off...since its 255 miles away.

we have a shed load of props and missions sorted for the weekend. Format is 50 minute missions, as many as we can cram in each day!

Also guys that are interested will be able to sign up to ready units and find out what its all about.

Should be a very useful weekend to recruit new guys and give all our gear a good run.
