Simple question, hopefully a simple answer. I ordered an m40 tunic to start my Heer impression but SOF have emailed me to say that they do not have it in stock in my size. They have offered either a refund or an M36 in the correct size.
Would an M36 tunic be OK to wear for standard Heer or should I really be looking for an M40?
Regards,
Ralph

M36 is probably better for 2 reasons, 1) the green collar looks nicer, 2) you can use it for early, mid or late war
OK, thanks for the quick and simple answer. I'll email SOF.
Regards,
Ralph

You've got nothing to ein, zwei, drei, vier
As above, M36 is good for the whole war. It is only real saddos who have early, mid and late war jackets. Ahem.

Decided for the m36 in the end. Did look at the m40 on other sights but SOF have a sale on so I thought I could save money and have one tunic for early, mid and late war events.
