OUTDOOR PARADE & INSPECTION - 10th May 1941
All those available for duty are required to attend parade and inspection at Top Field, Darvel Farm 1200hrs 10th May.
Those leaving straight from work and unable to change into uniform are permitted to parade in work clothes. You should have your weapon with you at all times of course.

A reminder of the Parade and Inspection at 1200hrs, 10th May
Company will assemble five minutes before the actual time of parade.
All those in possession of a uniform will wear it.
Unless leave of absence has been granted the only reasonable explanations for absence are:
1) employment
2) illness
both supported by the required confirmation
