We have, between the 4 of us, two MkII helmets, a MkIII 'turtle helmet' and a variety of FS caps and GS caps.

Is there anyone who can lend us a MkII helmet or two? I know FS and GS caps are acceptable, but we do like to try and be preferred if possible.

Not including the one I'll be wearing (heavily faded Service Brown), I can bring along two newly restored MkIIs, both in fresh Service Brown - liners are around 56 or 58/59 I think....
I also have a few MkIIIs that could be lent, but I think they'd not look brilliant....

One of my chaps has been let down regarding a Gun.
Is there any kind soul out there who would be willing to lend any type of WW2 gun for one of the Germans on a Bend it Mend it.
I will of course be supplying the owner some after dinner beverages at our encampment :-D

I have a spare set of unblancoed 37 webbing (belt, cross straps, 2 bren pouches and skeleton water bottle holder) if anyone is in need.

Fit waist size 36-38

Cheers

PeteB

Would it be possible for me (well, one of those who come with me, to borrow this? As I have discovered that I don't have quite as much British webbing as I thought I did for kitting people out.

Of courses prices will reflect the usual "transit" carriage costs eh Jimbo? The van does 10 miles per gallon of Newcastle Briwn ( oh for Vaux's Double Maxim)!

I've also got a couple of No 4 (T) lookalikes. Unfortuntely, one has a slam fire problem, but I have a new sear so happy to lend if someone can help me fix it (on the you bend you mend rule). The other is Fred's and needs the sight adjusting ( I can't work out how to cos I'm not technical). So any help there would also be appreciated.

Any one got a MKII helmet chinstrap I can borrow or buy. I was changing the liner on my spare and the chinstrap fabric was so rotten it has come to bits.

Had a check of the liner sizes, and they're definitely a 56cm and 59cm. I hope these are okay?

yeah, I'll use mine and Scott is a 'my size +1 or so', so that'll be good for him.
