Yep, totally agree with you there, key roles being at the end of a German firing squad 
I was thinking of attending as french resistance just for the fun, and I know a couple of guys who will probably want to as well! 
My dad especially wants to get some kind of resistance/ partisan clothing going, and this could be an excuse to do so! And I certainly will be watching a lot of 'Allo 'Allo to get into the role, before polishing my dodgy French.
Since I'm SoE, I'll obviously be speaking to my French colleagues in a very proper accent, as trained in good old Blighty, so:

Field phones could be good to have on this, but I do have a re-enactment mate near here with a German sentry box and phones.
May also use some radio gear on the US side but not set on that yet.
The French resistance side will be fun remember there will be a big language barrier between them and the US
I have 2 us radios handy/talkies that I could bring if I can make the game Nige. As well as my jeep and /or the T25 if it's ready

A quick update chaps/chapettes
The game is still going strong behind the scencs and is a definate GO.
Ive not been on the forums much since before christmas as ive been very ill for a while. Weve still been talking and planning the game though 
Anyways, Second site visit is set for the 12th of feb, and more pictures and information will be posted shortly afterwards.
i will also update the relevent side information after the site visit, once weve work out the small details.
