The SoF uniforms are basically just the What Price Glory ones with a new label and double the price.
But yes, they do a generous range of sizes.
My BD is SoF, but I got all my KD stuff straight from WPG.

The British kit from Epic militaria is OK too, but it seems their site is unresponsive at this precise moment.

Taller/larger gentlemen will need to make sure they get long cross straps for their webbing, although if you aren't planning on hanging a ton of stuff off the end (e-tools, small pack in marching order etc) it probably doesn't matter so much.
Specifically for the Kasserine Game, you can pretty much wear what you like, BD/KD or a mixture but you'll get a lot more use out of a set of Battledress. If you want to do a 'North African' look, then a cheap khaki jumper over BD trousers looks the part, such as some of these fine chaps.
My helmet cover is just a bit of sacking with a brown helmet net over it, much easier then repainting the helmet There a few other people in jumpers too if you look carefully.

I just checked out the site, am I missing the british uniform section?
