Hi All,

Long time Military buff (since childhood), Airsofter since mid 80s with kits back then.
Mainly my airsofting has been modern kit or UMBRELLA Corporation (Resident Evil). However just landed myself a nice AGM MP40 so guess a WW2 spin is finally in order lol

Have done re enactment since early 90s but only Viking, Medieval and 15th Cent. So I am an upclose and personal type guy ;) hahahaha WIKING Div maybe as starter Regt I belonged too before moving to the L.A.H. later in the war.
Also at 6ft 6 I reckon the making of a senior NCO or Hauptsturmbannfuhurer. Once kit is sorted.

HAHAHA Yeah realised the rank mistake this morning. That's rum for you I guess lol

Hey fellow "tower". Guess my stint with Panzer Meyer put me in good stead then before he went to the HJ Div ;)

Thanks for the warm welcome chaps.

As far as uniform is concerned, I am looking at a Field-grey SS Assault Gunner Gabardine Jacket and maybe camo trousers mix. So puts me more Motorised PanzerGrenadiers type appearance with a M43 officers cap (Had for so long now).

Hello and welcome,

there used to be quite a big contingent from up here (yes, I know, Sheffield barely counts as 'north', but even so), but people come and go etc.

Cheers

Hello & welcome!

I've just been trawling my way around Teeside for work in the last week, mainly around Newton Aycliffe and Yarm. Even sampled the local delicacy of parmo and chips, my first time having such a thing! T'was delish'!

Thanks again for the warm welcome chaps.

@McVickers, I hope the trawl paid off for you work wise? Yes Parmo's are certainly a local cuisine of delight. More so the pork and Steak versions over the rather mundane chicken ones ;)
