Good Day Gents
Just wanted to say hi, can't wait to get involved in some WW2 games.
Use to do WW2 airsoft to a small degree when I lived in Canada, and even rocked the WW2 British Loadout during the regular games over there with the legendary Sten.
Since then, I've joined the Army (which gave me the unforgettable opportunity to go to Normandy for the D-Day 70th Anniversary) and now I've manged o settle down a bit, I'm getting back into the game as I've missed it terribly, got the UKARA, brought some kit back over and bought a King Arms M1A1 (looking for extra mags, can someone possibly point me in the right direction?)
Was going to attend the Battle of Aachen game but I've realised that the Brits are fully booked up and that's the only kit I've got unfortunately, so hopefully I can attend another game in the future.
Cheers for reading, hope to see you on the field soon

Welcome to the forum.
If you want to join the Aachen game, just put up a post and ask, if someone can lend you some kit. There are often people that can help out.
If you would consider German, I have some kit you could have.

Cheers, I'll let you know ASAP once I have made sure that I don't have any work related conflicts
There are a few of us going to Aachen from the Bristol area. We have a facebook group set up now so that we can pretend to be a bit organised and stuff.

Hello and welcome,
sounds like you are already pretty sorted, but as mentioned above, if you are struggling to make it to an event due to kit issues, people are usually wiling to lend stuff out. I've used a Thompson with British, German and Russian impressions (they all used it), so no worries on that front.
I picked up various extra TM compatible Thompson mags from firesupport [link]http://www.fire-support.co.uk/[/link], although it depends what they have in stock.
Cheers
Martin

Hi Matey. The Aachen event we didn't think we would get so many Brits, sorry we had to cap it, but if you can borrow German gear as has been offered, it would be good to see you there, weapons are no problem,
