I will be coming by Train on Friday. Anyone want to share a taxi from the station, or even give me a lift to the site? :)

I assume you'll be coming into Fareham station. What time you getting in?

Think trains are fairly frequent, every hour at about half past. I'm waiting until my work schedule is confirmed to book but have asked for Friday off so should be able to arrange to arrive when it suits getting a lift.

I can grab you from the station however im popping into the green jackets museum in Winchester on The way down so if we can arrange a meeting time before hand then it'll be no drama

With any luck I should be totally flexible, I just need confirmation that I have Friday off. I can even alter where I get the train too, meeting you at Winchester is not impossible.

Well looking at google maps, fareham is in town with access via round about from a dual carriageway. If traffic was bad I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Winchester would be meeting you somewhere you are stopping anyway.
A 3rd option is Botley station which is the next station back towards Southampton from Fareham and has a pub with a beer garden for me to wait for you at :)

Well I'm easy, you pick a station or other place and I'll pick you up, I'll let you know soon what time I plan to be in Hampshire for I haven't really made a plan yet

Stick to Fareham as easy pickup point at the station.

Then if there's anyone else I will try and arrive around the same time.
