With Gunmans hire kit,
I know he offers his Russian, German and British for other groups to hire, he hasnt said it on here but on the vietnam forum he said he would send it to people providing they paid the postage both ways, couldnt we ask him to send us the kit, then charge a small amount for hire like £2.50 for a uniform and if we hire some rifles maybe £22.50
Just i thought really it may allow us to boost the German numbers.
American maybe a bit of a problem but still more germans would be good.

I have some rifles I can hire out at £22.50 Thompson & M14 also some US look alike jackets if they have drab olive combats.

I would still suggest if you have a few rifles, seeing if we can get some german unifrom off gunman so people are encourgaged to go german and we wont just get the US numbers swelling

Things are a bit slow with this I did think we would have about 40 people or more by now but it is a sad turn out.
Only about 25 people in total but we are trying direct emails to people to wake them up.
We have a lot complain about not having WW2 games in the North but they have not taken up the opportunity for a real good event.I have been making props for this like RADAR etc see video here.

We are suggesting a German kit downgrade to technicians kit but with a German cap for RADAR centre staff as we are short of Germans mostly.

Ok I have been emailing SWAT and we are getting some more advertising.

I spoke to a friend today about the possiblity of him going as French
I havent been able to get hold of him in a while but he said if he was able to go he would be there. He is having an operation sometime between now and then so may or maynot be able to go based on the outcome.
At first he was little offended i didnt tell him in time to book for SOE, i explained it requires two convinving people to take that role, However i said that if for what ever reasons one of the guys booked in as SOE didnt turn up, he maybe able to take his place, i should have asked guys first i know but i means we can probably coax in another Frenchan.

Ok guys we now have about 20 allied against 12 Germans what we going to do?
4 of the Germans are not replying to my emails/PM's, so I am now looking at taking guys out the US side to move them into German.
Steve D, Mark Merrifield & Cowboy (Barry Ellis).
These Germans may turn up on the day who knows so I may have to ask the 3 above to bring a change of kit which they all have.
Porta you said F&O have a few Germans that go to Drakelow that are begging for a WW2 game did Felix come up with any info?
I got a new guy tonight John Mc Coy that rang for allied and he has a STEN and French FFI band so he said he can do FFI or with limited kit SOE, anyway I have stuck Ste Mc into SOE now so Mc Coy is on FFI.
Even this Mc Coy guy said there are a team of 4 Germans that play at F&O games that should be able to come if they knew about it.
