the posts you 2 made about getting 3 more germans was actually posted in the game thread. don't know if it was meant for the organizers thread or not, just thought i'd mention it. we don't want every tom dick and harry knowing we're worried about filling the sides

I take your point but wish more people would be posting they are going in the thread so it looks better rather than me just editing the list after a PM/email.
So that is why I did it even though I hate the fact that it is mostly us posting in there I just want people to know we are still getting more interest.

I also hijaked Taffys facebook page with the SOE video and got a guy from there for the game but not added him yet

Slightly unrealted and i feel a little cheeky asking.
Porta, i maybe intrested in your Drakelow game if i can hitch a lift with someone and Do like i have done for Anarchy and for this one.
Would probably come as German.

Anyway in realtion to the current problem with numbers for June, it seems there is litte intrest from the site members. And Josh never got back to me on the Hire kit.

as for joshes kit, its not a worry, we need proper ww2 airsofters, open day guys kitting out in lab coats or borrowing gear , would probably just run around in open day mode anyway. im following a lead from felix at first and only, he has ten or 11 players who attend the tunnels every month in ww2 kit, and they beg him to run a ww2 game, which he wont do as hes too busy. im delicatly trying to get felix to put me in touch , (there re enactors) and they dont come on here, theve recently crossed over into airsoft.

ill let you know how it gos, ive got my fingers and toes crossed

I haven't taken part in a re enactment type event before so am a little unsure as to what is allowed when it comes to uniform and weapons. as we are signed up to be german I have a splintertarn BDU set that I was thinking of using or at the very least use the trousers and buy a splintertarn smock from epic. weapon wise i have an olive m14. is this acceptable as a lookalike or not? i have been looking at MP40's but all seem to be sold out. Sorry to ask as you must be tired of the same questions. anyway the three of us are really looking forward to the event and want to play the part as best we can. many thanks, alistair.

Not sure how much say i have over this but an Olive M14 dosent seem to unreasonable espcially considering that i saw people using Olive L96's in videos of early CIA events, and Splintertarn, well its better than having empty spaces.
