As the title says,

Thanks to Gunman and to everyone who attended and made yet another awesome airsoft memory!

Was surprised at the lack of support guns which made the experience of having to organise the MG42 that little bit more awesome!

And to the valiant Brit who'se grenade bounced on the edge of the bunker and rolled out, unlucky but well played!

Jack

Designated Support Gunner- Maybe one day i may actually hit someone!

Excellent weekend from gunman. Very happy to have braved the cold on both days. Excellent sportsmanship on both sides as usual.

Thanks to everyone who made it possible.

It was a good weekend, better than I was expecting in fact. It was great to catch up with Wladeck and Co, and nice to break out the old Luftwaffe Field Div gear again. It was great playing on the site with a bit less undergrowth.

It could have been a bit warmer on Friday night(!) and it was quite funny when my boots froze to the ground on Saturday morning.

I enjoyed the day. Great to see some new faces having a go at WW2, hope they had a good time. The highlight for me was the fight for the fort when we finally managed to get in there after some stubborn resistance from the allies. I was also impressed by the well planned 3 man brit para ambush we walked into crossing a small bridge, shooting from 3 well concealed firing positions in high ground opposite. It took 5 minutes to even see where it was coming from. Great play.

Oliver & Nigel were both taking photos on Saturday (at least) but results haven't surfaced yet
